  You must maintain vitamins, minerals, and food with calories in your body in the right amount of intake in order to maintain body's metabolism, body electrolyte well in balance, and keep up the immune systems, or else using testosterone boosters or boosting testosterone naturally without maintaining vitamins, minerals, and foods with calories at least in your body is like trying to run a turbo charged motor without fuel. You must intake food calories at least 4000 or more per day depending on your muscle mass, and the more muscle mass, the more food calories that your body needs. If you are not sure of the food calories in order to meet your body's demands, consult a certified personal fitness trainer.
