In order to effectively get results from the superhuman training method, you must devote at least 2 or more hours of your time in doing this training in order to get effective results, and you must eat the right foods, and get the right amount of foods into your body. Like most serious sports competitors would say, the more you put into the training, the more you would get out of the training.

Those training methods could help you lose weight if you diet and exercise right, and cut down on foods that are very rich in fat. But you must do at least 110 calories of workout per day 3 to 4 times a week in order to effectively lose weight. 110 calories is around 15 minutes of walking, or 10 to 15 minutes on the bike by either a wheeled bike or a stationary bike with at least a moderated resistant setting in pedaling, or 10 minutes of running, or walk up and down a steep hill or steps for at least 10 minutes or longer.

If you are a diabetic, dieting and medicine won't be enough, you must exercise along with dieting and medicine by at least do some walking for at least 10 to 15 minutes or longer as long as all of your limbs and your motor skills are intact and functional. So remember this, a lazy diabetic is a dead diabetic.
